Recognising the impact that during the course of our interactions with you as our stakeholder we collect a variety of your information, Mpumalanga Green Cluster Agency is committed to implementing and maintaining, as far as is reasonably practicable, practices and processes that ensure the privacy of this

1. We are based in and operate from South Africa. Your information, including personal information, will be transferred to and maintained by our service providers on servers located in the United States of America and Ireland as allowed for by POPIA.

 

2. We will transfer your personal information to our service providers located outside of South Africa and store it there.
